Intellivision Entertainment Announces Amico Roadshow and Tour

•A follow-up to the successful Crayola Experience event

IRVINE, CA – August 26, 2021 – Intellivision Entertainment is announcing that it will be taking Amico on a roadshow and tour to select cities in the United States over the next several months. The first event is planned for greater Los Angeles, California, in September with a follow-up event in Salt Lake City, Utah, in early October.

Amico is a new video game system that will redefine family entertainment with a broad variety of family-friendly games free of profanity and violence. Amico – the Italian word for friend – comes with two easy-to-use color touchscreen controllers and gameplay for any skill level so players of all backgrounds may truly enjoy gaming together.

The roadshow and tour will allow attendees to play Amico and experience some of the family-friendly launch titles that include Astrosmash, Shark! Shark! and Emoji Charades.

“The Crayola Experience in Pennsylvania was so much fun that the kids and their parents didn’t want to put the game down. We decided to extend the opportunity to a larger audience by hosting events in other cities,” said Dani Erdelatz, who leads consumer events at Intellivision. “We are hoping to expand this roadshow to even more places in the future and getting Amico in the hands of even more families around the country.”

Every game on Amico encourages group participation and teamwork through "couch co-op" style gameplay, while also offering single-player modes. Games are rated E for Everyone or E10+. There is no foul language, graphic violence, blood, or sexual content. There are no advertisements, downloadable content, loot boxes, or in-game purchases. And, to ensure parental piece-of-mind, Amico does not connect gaming with the Internet.
